Surgery

The plastic surgeon will first determine the natural lines and creases on the upper eyelid to hide traces of the procedure. An incision will be made at the base of the eyelashes on the lower eyelid to hide the incisions. If the problem is only fat deposits in the eye, the incision may be made on the inside of the lower eyelid. The operation takes one or two hours under normal circumstances.
