Before the Procedure
Prior to your surgery, here at AestheticTurkey, we like to meet at least once. Once you’ve decided on the best procedure for you, we will then schedule a date at our hospital and book you in for a pre-operative assessment. We will conduct a series of blood and urine tests and give you a list of pre-operative instructions to aid recovery.
After the Procedure
The recovery time following a penis enlargement varies from person-to-person. However, it typically takes 1-2 weeks. Some mild side effects are common (e.g. swelling, redness, pain) and, to manage these and assist the healing process, you may need to take pain medications, anti-inflammatories, or antibiotics.
You should also avoid heavy lifting and other strenuous activities for four weeks, and abstain from all sexual activity (including masturbation) for at least six weeks after surgery.
Girth Enlargement (Thickening)

Procedure
Fat transfer procedure happens by taking the patient’s fat locally from the groin area. General anesthesia can also be useful if the patient wants to get fat removal from the same operation’s abdomen area. It’s also helpful in cases where the patient is skinny because the surgeon has to look for fat in different areas of the body.
The injection of the fat is about 100 ML. It’s not possible to place more fat because the penis won’t accept it. The patient can gain about % 50- % 100 increase in the penis. The patient can walk right after the operation with the new big penis. Being clean and hygienic is very important after the procedure to prevent infection.
The problem with the transfer is that fat dissolves with time. The patient mostly will lose some part of the transferred fat to the penis. The percentage depends on person to person. Lengthening (Cutting the Ligament Technique)
In the case of short penile length or for obese patients, the penile may be covered by abdominal fat. In this case, you can overcome your complex with lengthening procedures. The length will increase 3-5 cm on the flaccid state and with a rare change in the erect state. This is because “cutting the ligament” procedure is the safest way for lengthening. Although there aren’t major changes in the erected state, our girth and glans enlargement procedure will cover up the benefit for enlargement.
There are many clinics that can increase the length of the erect state but in most cases, they use silicone implants – which will increase the length of the erect state but potentially cause severe side-effects such as deformities and continual inflammation and swelling.

In the case of short penile length or for obese patients, the penile may be covered by abdominal fat. In this case, you can overcome your complex using diamond lengthening.
